We had the contractor fill advise us on how to get a Trademark and then to file the paperwork involved/.
When we were confident with his services and he ensured that we would receive a Trademark we paid for his services in good faith?.
Without through knowledge of the process the contractor took the money that was provided by our nonprofit|.
The application he provided for trademarking was not a valid one;. He refuses to correct the mistakes without being paid more money!. In fact he requested double the amount we had already paid,.
The rate for the trademarking and applications was already established and it was his error or lack of knowledge about the process that caused the application to be denied'.
